01 / JobsWorkspace
Keep the role, the people and the next step together. JobsWorkspace connects opportunities with employers, recruiters, messages and resumes, so every conversation has context.
Explore JobsWorkspaceEvery role, every next step.
| Role | Employer | Stage | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product Manager | Northline Studio | Discover | Prepare interview notes |
| Operations Lead | Fieldwork Co. | Qualify | Follow up with recruiter |
| Customer Success Manager | Common Ground | Target | Review the role |
Link roles to employers, recruiters and contacts. Keep the notes that make the next conversation easier.
Track opportunities through your search and set tasks for the follow-ups you don’t want to miss.
Keep resumes and attachments with your records, so you can see what you prepared for each opportunity.
Create an opportunity for each role and connect it to the relevant employer, recruiter and contacts. Record its stage, keep important dates with the role and add a next task, so you can see what needs attention without rebuilding the story from scattered notes.
Keep recruitment companies, individual recruiters and other contacts as connected records. Link them to opportunities, save useful notes and log interactions so the context for your next conversation stays with the relationship.
Keep resume records and attachments in the workspace, and select the submitted resume on an opportunity. Create linked follow-up tasks for a role, employer or recruiter and mark them complete as your search moves forward.
A spreadsheet can list roles, but it becomes harder to keep each opportunity connected to the right employer, recruiter contacts, resume, interactions and next actions. JobsWorkspace links those records in one private workspace while leaving you in control of the information you add and maintain.
When workspace AI is configured, JobsWorkspace can review your saved tasks, activities, opportunities and sent or received emails together. Its suggestions cite the records behind them and stay under your control: creating a follow-up opens a task draft, and nothing is sent automatically.

Create meeting types, set weekly availability and buffers, then share a booking link. With Outlook connected and meeting permissions enabled, available times account for calendar conflicts and confirmed bookings send invitations.

Give each type of conversation a name, a duration and a buffer. Keep short catch-ups and longer sessions organised.
Choose your working days, meeting hours and time zone. Available times respect saved bookings, meeting buffers and Outlook conflicts when connected.
Guests can choose an available time without an account. CalendarWorkSpace can send Outlook invitations and create a Teams link when that meeting mode is selected.
CalendarWorkSpace remains a working prototype. Outlook conflict checks, invitation delivery and Teams links require the organiser to connect Outlook and approve calendar and email permissions. Google Calendar syncing and automated reminders are not available.
Choose your working days, meeting hours and time zone in Settings. Create a meeting type with a duration and buffers, then share its booking link. CalendarWorkSpace calculates eligible times from those rules, saved bookings and a connected Outlook organiser calendar.
A meeting buffer reserves extra time before or after a conversation. Set the before and after buffers on a meeting type, and CalendarWorkSpace excludes times that would overlap saved bookings, their buffers or connected Outlook calendar events.
Connect Outlook to view upcoming events and prevent booking-link times from overlapping the organiser’s busy calendar periods. If the organiser also enables calendar and email permissions, confirmed bookings create Outlook events, send invitations and can include a Microsoft Teams link when selected.
Share a booking link with guests so they can view eligible times and confirm without a WorkspaceLab account. Booking pages remain noindex and expose only the enabled meeting details and availability needed to make a reservation.
Create a consent-based group to find meeting times across organisations. Each invited participant connects their primary Microsoft calendar and chooses working hours and a time zone; eligible group times appear after everyone has joined. Participants share free/busy availability, while event titles and descriptions remain private.
CalendarWorkSpace and JobsWorkspace share calendar features and records. Use JobsWorkspace to track job applications, contacts and follow-up tasks, or open CalendarWorkSpace for meeting planning.
